I only found out about the new programme a couple of days ago, so pleased I did. I enjoyed the silk painting but am really looking forward to the embellisher/sewing/quilting related episodes. Well done and long may the programme continue.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first programme and can’t wait to see the others. I don’t have access to Sky TV so I am delighted that we have such an excellent service on the internet.

  10. I am so sad I cannot get the link at the online site to play either the promo nor the first episode!!! I am just dying to see it as I have her books and did a bit of silk painting and yet I do not have SKY?!
PLEASE tell me how I can watch it on the country channel?!!

  11. Holly says:

    Another happy viewer….

“Thank you so much this really worked and it was a terrific episode. I have her books and used to do silkpainting in the late 1990’s so it was great to see this and become re-inspired! Thank you for a terrific programme. I look forward to all the others especially as Myfanwy is a friend and I have done a course with Linda Miller.” - from Merrystitcher.

  14. Lorraine says:

fantastic first 2 episodes really enjoying them but for one problem. There is about 10 mins of Brazilian music at the beginning which meant that last week I missed the end of the programme so had to look for it again to tape it on Sky. Keep up the excellent work and hope you can fix this for people who are taping it off Sky..thanks

  15. Holly says:

    Hi Lorraine.
Sorry to hear you missed part of the episode, this was probably due to the Brazilian Music Channel’s transmission times over running and eating into the Country Channel’s slot. I have made the Country Channel aware of this and they hope to solve this. It maybe that in the future you record from 19:00 until 20:00 to ensure that Talking Threads is recorded, but I am sure this won’t be necessary. We’re on the case Lorraine. best wishes Holly x
p.s. Remember: If you even miss an episode you can watch it anytime, anywhere in the world on the Country Channel website http://www.countrychannel.tv/

Have just been watching Di Wells programme – absolutely fantastic. It was very inspirational to see all her lovely work and I felt I learned quite a lot from that short time.
