Talking Threads is a friendly place to learn how to sew — especially if you’re scared to start.
We run accessible, affordable sewing classes and workshops in Warrington and surrounding areas.
From 15th August 2026, I’ll be running sewing workshops every Saturday at Widnes Market where you’ll be able to learn new skills in a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment.
Talking Threads is built on the belief that creativity should be for everyone. I aim to create an inclusive, respectful space where people of all backgrounds, abilities and experience levels can learn, create and feel comfortable being themselves. A place where everyone is welcome, questions are encouraged, mistakes are celebrated as part of learning, and every person leaves feeling a little more confident than when they arrived.
